Onaping Depth announcement

Yesterday I attended and spoke at the Onaping Depth announcement. This is Glencore’s deep nickel-copper expansion under the old Craig Mine in my riding of Sudbury East Manitoulin Nickel Belt.

This is a huge win for our region.

This investment of $1.8 billion dollars will create 7000 construction jobs, 400 good paying permanent jobs going forward.
