2025 Northern Ontario Handgun Championships

Great to attend the 2025 Northern Ontario Handgun Championships last week in Sudbury!

It was great to attend this major IPSC Level 3 event last week, welcoming over 225 shooters from across Ontario. I learned a lot about the sport and was truly impressed by the scale and professionalism and safety of the competition.

Thank you to Chris and Thomas at the Crean Hill Gun Club for the tour and insightful conversations. I also appreciated the chance to speak with fellow firearm owners about their concerns regarding handgun regulations in Canada.

Congratulations to all the participants, your skill and dedication made this a standout event for Northern Ontario.

Journée impressionnante aux Championnats de tir au pistolet du Nord de l’Ontario 2025 à Sudbury !

J’ai eu le plaisir d’assister à cet événement IPSC de niveau 3 la semaine dernière, qui a accueilli plus de 225 tireurs venus de partout en Ontario. J’ai beaucoup appris sur ce sport et j’ai été vraiment impressionné par l’ampleur et le professionnalisme de la compétition.

Merci à Chris et Thomas pour la visite guidée et les échanges enrichissants. J’ai également apprécié discuter avec d’autres propriétaires d’armes à feu de leurs préoccupations concernant la réglementation des armes de poing au Canada.

Félicitations à tous les participants, votre talent et votre engagement ont fait de cet événement un moment fort pour le Nord de l’Ontario !
